Apprenticeship Opportunities at Orion Little Stars!

We are exploring offering apprenticeships in childcare for school leavers. These roles could provide a fantastic pathway into early years education while gaining qualifications.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm)

Pay: Minimum of £7.55 per hour (aged 16-18 and first year apprentices) increasing to £10 (aged 18-20) and £12.21 (aged 21 and over)

Training: Working towards a Level 3 qualification (GCSE Maths & English at grade 4 or above required)

Training delivered in partnership with Best Practice or Hawke Training

This pathway also enables the Trust to access the apprenticeship levy, further supporting development opportunities
